The route is mainly woodland, accessible to all, with two lookouts long the way offering views of the Durance valley and Embrun.
From the Abbey, follow the path once used by the monks of Boscodon to the Fontaine de l'Ours.

Description

  1. From the car park, follow the forest path to the Colombier lookout (watch out for the step just before you arrive), ignoring the other exits on the right or left.
  2. Take the path on the right, just after the sentier colombier, which climbs towards the Fontaine de l’ours. Continue for x km before turning back
  3. Take advantage of the many picnic tables for lunch and enjoy a well-deserved break with incredible views. Take the same route back to the starting point.
